  8. 1/2 taza cerezas secas agrias
  9. 1 cucharadita ajo finamente picado
  10. 1 cucharadita salvia fresca
  11. 1 cucharadita tomillo fresco
  12. 1 1/4 cucharadita perejil fresco
  13. 4 tazas pan tipo (sourdough) cortado en cubitos de ½ pulgada (por lo menos de dos días anteriores)
  14. 4 tazas pan tipo (brioche) cortado en cubitos de ½ pulgada (por lo menos de dos días anteriores)
  15. 1/4 de taza de Queso Cotija Molido Marca Sierra® de V&V SUPREMO®

  1. Precalienta el Horno a 375°F. Engrasa un refractario para hornear de 9 x 13 con mantequilla. Pon a un lado.
  2. Precalienta un sartén grande por 1 minuto a fuego medio. Agrega el chorizo y la carne. Cocina de 10 a 12 minutos, revolviendo mientras se cocinan.

  5. Transfiere el relleno al refractario, distribuye uniformemente. Cubre con papel aluminio y hornea por 20 minutos, destapa y continua horneando por 10 minutos más o hasta que este ligeramente dorado. Sirve y disfrútalo!
