  3. Lugo relleno las berenjenas con la carne, agrego queso mozzarella y las meto al horno a 350° por 20 min hasta que este gratinado el queso. Una vez listas les agrego cilantro para servir
  4. Las serví con espárragos salteados con sal y pimienta y repollo morado y blanco con frijol de soya salteado con consomé de pollo, pimienta, ajo y cebolla. PROVECHO!!!
