- En una sartén grande vierte el tocino hasta dorar, retíralo y deja la grasa vierte el chorizo y cocina hasta que cambie de color, retíralo con cuidado y deja la grasa en el sartén.
- Después agrega la carne de cerdo y agrega sal al gusto, cocina hasta que la carne este bien cocida, retira del sartén y agrega la carne de res cocina de igual manera agregale sal, cuando ya se haya cocida retírala del sartén pero deja la grasa.
- Ahora agrega al sartén las salchicha y sofríe por 3 minutos y retirala de la sartén sofríe los chiles jalapeños por todos los lados, y agrega la cebolla hasta que se cristalice.
- Vierte el jitomate a la sartén y sofríe por 3 minutos agrega el chile de campana mezcla y regresa las carnes fritas ala sartén, el cerdo, res, chorizo, salchicha y tocino mezcla muy bien
- Agrega el orégano, pimienta, más sal y el comino y mezcla bien, vierte la cerveza y vuelve a mezclar, tapa la sartén y deja hervir por 15 minutos.
- Por último agrega el cilantro y sirve en tacos o acompañado de frijoles con una rica salsa.
