  1. 18 láminas fideo integral para lasagna
  2. 400 gr queso mozzarella (a gusto)
  3. 250 gr jamón de pavo bajo en sodio
  4. 1 lata leche deslactosada y descremada
  5. 1/2 taza harina integral
  6. 60 gr mantequilla
  7. 4 tomates
  8. 1 cebolla
  9. 1 varita de apio
  10. 1 zanahoria
  11. 600 gr carne molida
  12. Sal a gusto
  13. 2 cditas azúcar o 2 sobres de stevia

  1. En una sartén honda, colocar el tarro de leche y harina, mezclar hasta que no tenga grumos, luego añadir la mantequilla y colocar a fuego lento, mover hasta que al probar ya no sientas el sabor individual de los ingredientes sino que todo se haya convertido en una crema. Si la mantequilla no estuvo con sal aplicar sal a gusto. Y la consistencia de la salsa tiene que ser ligera no tan espesa, si eso pasara ponerle un chorrito de agua y volver a integrar todo.
  2. Licuar en trozos, zanahoria, apio, cebolla, azúcar y tomate, con un chorrito de agua. Colocar en una olla junto a la carne molida y poner sal a gusto. A fuego medio durante aprox. 30 min. Ir probando que la carne esté cocida, no dejar que se seque, que quede como una salsa bologñesa.
  3. En una olla mediana llenas 3/4 de agua hasta que hierva, poner un chorrito de aceite y colocar 9 láminas de la pasta integral, apenas las pones al agua hirviendo separarlas para evitar que se peguen, por 8 min. Luego sacarlas del agua y reservas, no juntas sino cada una separada. Y volver a repetir la operación con las otras 9.
  4. Armar la lasaña. En un molde de horno (el mío aprox. 30x30cm)colocar la primera capa de salsa blanca, luego capa de fideos, capa de salsa de carne, capa de jamón y capa de queso mozzarella, y así repetir 4 veces lo mismo. Reparte tus salsas, jamón y fideos para que te alcancen para las 4 capas, terminando en queso mozzarella y poner al horno 180c durante 30 min, recuerda que todo ya está cocinado solo es para los ingredientes se integren y el queso se derrita. Y a comerrrr!!!!
  5. Servir una porción de 10cm por 10 cm, yo lo acompañe de una ensalada de espinaca aderezada con aceite de oliva, vinagre balsámico, semillas de calabaza y sal! 😋
