- Escurrimos la pasta y la ponemos en agua muy fría.
- Dejamos las placas unos minutos encima de papel de cocina para que pierdan todo el agua de cocción.
- Montamos la lasaña dividimos la bechamel el tomate frito y la carne picada en tres partes iguales,empezamos con las placas la mezcla de carne picada el tomate la bechamel y el queso,otra placa carne tomate bechamel y queso,placa carne tomate bechamel y queso.
- Cocinar a 180 grados hasta que todos los ingredientes se mezclan bien y se gratine a vuestro gusto.
