  2. 300 gr. carne picada de pollo
  3. 2 huevos
  4. 1/2 cebolla

  12. En un bol, vamos a preparar el "ligue", poniendo los huevos, la nata y 80 gr. de queso rallado.
  13. Mezclar bien, hasta que lo veas todo integrado.
  14. Ya cogemos la bandeja con la masa horneada. Extendemos la mezcla del sofrito de carne.
  15. Por encima, la mezcla "ligue".
  16. Para terminar, espolvorear el resto de queso rallado.
  17. Introducir en el horno, previamente precalentado a 190 ºC, durante 20 min. calor arriba y abajo y después 5 min. más sólo fuego arriba "grill" para que dore.
  18. Recién sacada del horno. Dejar enfriar un poco para poder desmoldar.
  19. Emplatar para servir.
