- 100 gramos queso muzzarella rallado

- En un bowl colocar la carne luego agregar la harina, el pan rallado los huevos, la muzzarella rallada, las tres cucharadas de mostaza, la sal, los condimentos. Yo mixe el perejil y el ajo juntos y luego se lo agregue a la carne mezcle bien hasta integrar todo y fui formando bolitas de carne, apretarlas bien.
- En un recipiente colocar el pan rallado y colocar la bola de carne y aplastar. En otro recipiente colocar los huevos batir y pasar la milanesa por ellos luego de vuelta por pan rallado.
- Llevar al freezer y dejar descansar por 20 minutos. Luego poner a calentar el aceite y freír cuando estén doradas de ambos lados retirar y servir. Yo las acompañé con puré de papas quedan muy sabrosas y son muy fáciles de preparar. A mí me salieron 12.
