- 1/2 cucharadita azúcar
- 2 cucharaditas Jerez, opcional
- Para decorar:
- c/n perejil picado
- c/n granos de granada

- En el aceite caliente freír las carnes a que cambien de color, se le agrega el ajo y la cebolla a que acitronen, se agregan las especias y la sal, se mezcla bien y se le agregan las pastas y las almendras, se cocinan por dos tres minutos, se agrega el jitomate rallado o licuado y se deja sazonar unos minutos.
- Se agregan las frutas y el plátano, se mezcla y se cocina por tres minutos, se tapa y se apaga el fuego para que no se sobrecueza la fruta.
- Para la Nogada, se muelen las nueces y las almendras y se le va agregando la crema a obtener la consistencia deseada, se le ponen la sal pimienta y azúcar y el vino Jerez si se utiliza.
- Se rellenan los chiles, se bañan con la nogada y se decoran con el perejil y la granada.
